Vacation and holidays
Rockwell Collins is among a small group of companies that offers three weeks of vacation for a newly hired employee and up to five weeks of vacation for long service employees. In addition, we provide a company-paid winter holiday shutdown for most locations, giving employees at those locations a generous holiday schedule.
We know that helping employees have time away from work leads to a healthy work/life balance.
Illness or injury
While the Rockwell Collins workers' compensation program covers work-related injuries and illnesses, we also offer protection for illness or injury that is not work-related. In addition to covering incidental absences for illness lasting less than five days, we also provide short-term and long-term disability plans for all employees.
