Rockwell Collins names David Rokos as vice president and treasurer
CEDAR RAPIDS, Iowa (June 11, 2008) - David Rokos has been appointed vice president and treasurer for Rockwell Collins, reporting to Patrick Allen, senior vice
president and chief financial officer.
Rokos is responsible for leading the treasury operations of Rockwell Collins including capital structure, cash, foreign exchange,
risk and pension asset management.
Rokos has held various positions with Rockwell Collins since 2000. He most recently served as controller of Surface Solutions
within Government Systems at Rockwell Collins. Prior to joining Rockwell Collins, Rokos was director of financial reporting
at Rockwell International.
Rokos earned a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting from Northern Illinois University and is a Certified Public Accountant.
