CS-1960 RF Distribution Unit

CS-1960

Overview

Get the versatility you need combined with ease of implementation with the Rockwell Collins CS-1960 RF Distribution Unit. Designed for use in a variety of fixed, mobile, shipboard and airborne platforms, the unit provides 0.5 to 18 GHz radio-frequency (RF) signal routing and distribution for up to four separate sources (antennas). All RF distribution functions are controlled via an Ethernet interface.

To achieve excellent RF performance for all outputs, the unit includes internal RF amplifiers with low noise figures and high third-order intercept points. In addition, up to six independent, full fan-out outputs are available, and each output can select from one of the four input sources through fast switching, high-isolation pin diode switches. The unit also includes RF blanking for all outputs via a TTL control input signal. To help you easily implement the unit into existing systems, we can provide optional RF sample outputs. Finally, the CS-1960 contains BITE circuitry to keep you aware of power supply and operating temperature data.
